Return Policy:

1. Return/Refund is accepted within 15 days after received the goods, please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address. If didn't contact seller and returned yourself, We won't accept the packages.

2. After receiving the returned goods,we will made a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available a refund will be issued.

3. We accept the non-used hair/wig been returned for refund or exchange. If hair/wig has been damaged, it can't be changed or refund, please hope you can understand.

4. To avoid high tax and delivery cost, pleaes contact us to talk about the shipping method and detail description about the returned package. The shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.

5. Please make the items remain the original state. We only accept non-used or no damaged hair/lace wig/lace closure.
