1. Trial/Sample Order and in-stock order been sent out by FedEx or DHL within 24 hours after payment.
2. Customized Order normally takes 3-5 days. Customized package order send out in 7-10 days.
3. Shipment by FedEx or DHL takes about 3-4 working days to USA, UK, Canada, Europe countries, 4-5 working days to South American and African countries.
4. Ready Hair or Wig will be packed in PVC bag, label well then put into shipping bag or carton and send out.
Returns Policy
1. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods, please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
2. After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available a refund will be issued.
3. If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any changing or refunding, hope you can understand.
